"Just wanted to share a little bit about my buying experience over the weekend. I spoke to Joe Wolters on friday about your Polairs Sportsman 450's. He was very informative and helpful. On saturday, I decided I would shop around a little bit, and started at Hitching Post Motor Sports in South St Paul. My experience there was terrible. The sales person I had there knew nothing about ATV's. After asking him several specific questions he led me to his computer and told me to look at the polaris web page to find my answers, meanwhile he hit up another customer in the show room. After looking at the web page for about 2 minutes, I wandered around the show room waiting for the sales person to finish up with his new customer. After 15 minutes I couldn't take it anymore and I left very unhappy.
I drove directly to 61 Marine, and met Joe Wolters. He knew the machines inside and out, and was very kind and answered every question I had. I ended up purchasing the ATV from your store because of Joe's knowledge and sales skills. He is a great representation of your company. Thanks again for a great buying experience. Joe will be recommended to friends and family!
